2007 | From Australian Heritage Register: The stone branch building, containing banking chamber, Manager's office and 2 rooms, replaced a slab and shingle hut built by the Bank of Victoria on the same site. Detached Manager's residence of slab walls and shingle roof, supported on bed logs Corrugated iron has been laid over the shingles, and the residence is now in the course of restoration.
1861 - 1865 the Bank of Victoria conducted an Agency from Beechworth, advised by David Jobson.
